Branding & Strategy – Extreme Hangout Cascais, Portugal
The second year of Extreme Hangout Cascais brought an exciting challenge to conceptualize and implement a cohesive campaign under the theme “Waves of Change.” This opportunity allowed me to craft a dynamic brand presence across multiple platforms while also taking on the significant task of building the event’s website from scratch. These experiences not only pushed my design and strategic thinking skills but also helped me develop essential web management and organizational capabilities.
Brief:
Deliver a consistent and impactful visual identity for Extreme Hangout Cascais across digital, outdoor, and online platforms. Create a user-friendly website to act as the central hub for event information while ensuring timely updates and seamless navigation for participants.
Concept:
The theme “Waves of Change” symbolized the event’s mission to inspire action and progress. This concept guided all design decisions, ensuring consistency across promotional materials, from social media templates to Mupis and billboards. For the website, the goal was to design a sleek and accessible platform that highlighted the program, speakers, and workshops while reflecting the event’s bold and modern identity.
Solution:
Campaign Design: Developed a cohesive visual identity, translating the “Waves of Change” theme into impactful designs for billboards, Mupis, and social media templates. Crafted speaker invites and registration materials to enhance event participation.
Website Development: Built the website from scratch, managing everything from domain setup to designing pages for the Home, Programme, Speakers, and Workshops. Ensured real-time updates and integrated promotional content for pre-event workshops.
